Our homes are designed for adults who need safe, affordable, and supportive living environments, including individuals on fixed income (SSI, SSDI, VA benefits, pensions), veterans, individuals in recovery, and those in reentry programs.

We focus on creating clean, well-managed homes where residents can live with dignity while working toward personal goals, independence, and stability.

OUR APPROACH

We believe housing should be stable, predictable, and supportive. ATP Solutions is committed to providing structured environments that help residents maintain consistency while working toward long-term success and independence.

SUPPORTIVE HOUSING ENVIRONMENT 

Our well-maintained homes are located in safe, established residential neighborhoods with convenient access to transportation, community resources, and essential services. Each residence is designed to provide a stable and structured living environment tailored to the specific population it serves, including individuals on fixed income (SSI, SSDI, VA benefits, and pensions), veterans, individuals in reentry programs, and those in recovery.

We partner with independent supportive services providers, including ATP Supportive Housing & Services (a separately governed nonprofit), to connect residents with optional life skills training, case management, and referrals to community-based programs. These supports are designed to help residents build independence and maintain long-term stability.

Participation in all supportive services is completely voluntary and is not a requirement for housing. 

OPTIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES 

Residents may be connected with a wide range of services through independent third-party providers, including:

• Behavioral counseling and mental health therapy

• Case management and social work services

• Medication management support

• Doctor and nurse home visits

• Home health services (RN, physical, occupational, and speech therapy)

• Hospice care coordination

• Durable medical equipment services

• Additional community-based support services as needed

All supportive services are provided by independent licensed professionals and organizations. ATP Solutions does not directly provide or operate these medical or clinical services.
